Introduction [Biosketch]
- S.H.Laskar was born in Nitainagar (Hailakandi), Assam (India) in 1962.He attended Irfan Ali Memorial H.S. School, Nitainagar and Public H.S. School, Hailakandi. He did Pre-university from Cotton College, Guwahati (1977-79) and Engineering courses from graduate upto research from Z.H. College of Engg & Tech, AMU, Aligarh. He joined teaching as lecturer in Electrical Engg Department, REC (presently NIT), Silchar on 1991 and now working as Professor in the Electronics & Instrumentation Engg Department, NIT Silchar. In addition to life member of ISTE (India), he is in the elite group of elected IEEE Senior Members and a member of IEEE Instrumentation & Measurement Society. He reviewed a good number of papers in some international conferences and engineering journals. He has been working in the domain of instrumentation including measurements and sensing.
